These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at ips.finance (the "Site"). They are distinct from any product-specific terms that apply to products operated by International Payment Solutions Ltda., which are published on the relevant product surfaces.
These Terms of Use are being drafted by legal counsel. The published version supersedes the interim text shown here.
This Site is operated by International Payment Solutions Ltda. ("IPS", "we", "us", "our"), a Sociedade Empresária Limitada incorporated in Brazil under CNPJ 65.324.247/0001-09, with its registered office in São Paulo, Brazil. Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@ips.finance.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. We may revise these Terms from time to time, as described in section 11; your continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
The Site is an institutional and informational resource. It describes IPS, its infrastructure, its regulatory approach, and its products.
The Site is not a customer-facing product surface. Any product offered by IPS is governed by its own product terms, published on the relevant product surface. Use of the Site does not create a customer relationship with IPS and does not entitle you to any product or service.
The information on the Site is provided in good faith and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current, or uninterrupted, and we may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice.
Some content describes IPS's operating model, architecture, and plans. Statements of this kind describe intended structure and are not guarantees of any current or future fact, authorisation, or outcome.
International Payment Solutions Ltda. is not an investment firm, broker-dealer, or securities issuer. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the Site for legitimate institutional and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law. Third-party names or marks that may appear on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are elected as competent to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the Site, except where applicable law requires a different forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
