Some IPS documentation — including our Compliance Memorandum, detailed regulatory analyses, partner-bank information, and audit reports — is not publicly downloadable. These materials are available to verified institutional partners through a request and review process. If you represent a Brazilian or international financial institution, a regulator, a journalist working on a substantive story, or a qualified investor performing due diligence, please use the request form below.

What happens after you submit.
- Step 1
You submit a request with your institutional affiliation, your role within that institution, the specific documents or information areas you are interested in, and a brief justification for the request.
- Step 2
We review the request. Verification of institutional affiliation may involve follow-up contact through your stated institutional channel. Reviews typically take two to five business days.
- Step 3
Based on the review, we provide the requested materials through an appropriate channel — typically a follow-up email containing the documents, or a call or meeting for more substantive engagement. Some materials may be provided under information-sharing arrangements that include confidentiality requirements; we will explain any such requirements at the point of providing access.
