Built in Brazil. Connected internationally.
Infrastructure for how money moves now.
International Payment Solutions Ltda. builds regulated payment infrastructure for the Brazilian market. We operate through licensed partnerships with chartered câmbio institutions, delivering compliant cross-border payment flows for foreign visitors and Brazilian residents.
Explore our compliance approachCompliance
Built within Brazilian regulatory framework.
Our architecture is built around the supervisory framework that governs Brazilian payments. IPS operates through chartered câmbio partnerships under CMN Resolução 4,935/2021, providing the customer experience, orchestration, and operational layer above regulated settlement infrastructure. The foreign-exchange operations the partner performs are governed by the Brazilian electronic-FX framework (Resolução BCB 277/2022, as amended by Resolução BCB 561/2026). IOF applies at standard retail rates through the partner câmbio operation. Customer balances are held in fiat throughout, and the platform's only use of distributed-ledger technology is internal, tamper-evident audit logging.

The infrastructure layer.
Our infrastructure layer connects institutions, orchestrates flows, and ensures compliance across every transaction. Six modules form the backbone of the architecture.
Flash Bridge
Settlement orchestration engine.
Flash Bridge is the orchestration engine that coordinates settlement across banking rails, treasury systems, payment networks, and compliance layers. When a customer initiates a transaction, Flash Bridge sequences the steps — funding rail ingest, FX execution through the partner câmbio bank, Pix payout, audit anchoring — and maintains the consistent state of the operation across every component. Flash Bridge enables the rest of the platform to operate as a coherent system rather than as a set of disconnected services.
Read aboutGatekeeper
Identity orchestration infrastructure.
Gatekeeper orchestrates identity verification across multiple upstream providers and data sources. Customer onboarding flows through Gatekeeper, which routes KYC operations to the appropriate identity provider, validates submitted documents, integrates results from Brazilian corporate registries for KYB, performs sanctions screening, and maintains the identity lifecycle for every customer. Gatekeeper presents identity as an orchestrated service rather than a single-vendor dependency.
Read aboutTreaty
Regulatory document layer.
Treaty manages the formal regulatory documentation, partner arrangements, compliance attestations, and the binding instruments that govern how IPS operates within its regulatory framework. The module maintains the documentary state of the company's compliance posture and provides the source of truth that Looking Glass measures compliance against and Wolf Proof anchors to the tamper-evident audit log.
Read aboutWolf Proof
Immutable audit infrastructure.
Wolf Proof anchors a tamper-evident audit log of every financial event the platform processes. The module appends each event to an internal append-only ledger and periodically anchors the state of the ledger to Hedera Consensus Service for cryptographic verifiability. Wolf Proof provides the audit trail that supports regulatory review, internal investigation, and compliance verification — establishing that records have not been altered since their original anchoring.
Read aboutWolf Watch
Real-time AML monitoring.
Wolf Watch performs continuous transaction monitoring for patterns consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity. The module runs against every transaction the platform supports, generates alerts based on configured detection rules, supports case management workflows for analyst review, and feeds the reporting obligations that flow through to COAF. Wolf Watch is the operational expression of IPS's AML and CFT programme.
Read aboutLooking Glass
Treasury visibility and compliance oversight.
Looking Glass is the compliance plane that maintains continuous visibility across IPS's operational state. The module reconciles treasury positions against partner-bank states, monitors the company's compliance posture against partner-applicable obligations, supports regulatory reporting requirements, and provides the operational dashboard that the company's compliance and operations functions work against. Looking Glass is the layer that ensures nothing falls between the cracks of partner-mediated operations.
