About IPS.

Building regulated payment infrastructure for Brazil.

International Payment Solutions Ltda. is a Brazilian payments infrastructure company. We build the rails, the orchestration, and the customer-facing products that connect Brazil to international payment flows — operating through licensed partnerships with chartered câmbio institutions under the framework that has supported Brazilian foreign exchange operations for decades.

The company.

International Payment Solutions Ltda. is incorporated in Brazil under CNPJ 65.324.247/0001-09 and operates from São Paulo. The company was founded in 2026 to build regulated payment infrastructure connecting Brazil to international markets. The company operates as a Sociedade Empresária Limitada under Brazilian corporate law.

Our first product is a consumer-facing cross-border payments product serving foreign visitors to Brazil and Brazilian residents receiving international payments. Additional products built on the same infrastructure platform will follow as the company grows.

Built by experienced operators.

IPS is operated by experienced co-founders with backgrounds spanning enterprise software, regulated systems, brand and product direction, and creative leadership for global organisations. The leadership combines deep technical capability with the design and product discipline appropriate to building infrastructure that serves both institutional partners and consumer customers.

Meet our leadership

Based in Brazil.

IPS operates from São Paulo, Brazil — the financial centre of South America and the practical centre for our partner-bank relationships, regulatory engagement, and operational team. Our customer base spans Brazil and the international markets that connect to it, with our infrastructure designed for the time zones and operational patterns of the Americas-Europe corridor.

Operating through chartered partners.

IPS's structural approach is to operate through partnerships with chartered Brazilian financial institutions — câmbio banks, payment institutions, identity providers, and other regulated parties — rather than to hold every authorisation directly. This approach lets us focus on the engineering and customer experience while the partner institutions provide the regulatory infrastructure that already exists within their charters.

If you represent a Brazilian or international institution with potential partnership interest, we welcome the conversation. The institutional contact channel is the right starting point.
